They specialize in everything from Vastu-compliant house plans to luxury modern villas and general construction. To match their reputation for 'Strength in Structure, Beauty in Design,' the client required a professional, trust-building digital platform that could effectively showcase their architectural portfolio, clearly outline their pricing packages, and generate high-quality client leads.

For a construction and engineering firm, trust, transparency, and structural integrity are the most critical brand pillars. The challenge was building a multilingual, conversion-focused platform that simplifies complex package offerings and handles heavy high-resolution 3D architectural renders with zero latency.

Development & Execution Phases
Phase 1: Brand Identity & Strategy
For a construction and engineering firm, trust, transparency, and structural integrity are the most critical brand pillars. Visual Direction: The branding was designed to feel robust yet modern. We established a clean, corporate aesthetic that communicates professional standards and accountability. Multilingual Trust Building: To cater to a diverse Sri Lankan demographic, we integrated key trust signals—such as their Government Registered status and Vastu-compliance offerings—across Sinhala, Tamil, and English early in the user journey.
Phase 2: UI/UX Design
The user experience was architected to guide users from initial inspiration directly into transparent pricing and consultation booking. Strategic Layout: The site structure (Home → About → Services → Packages → Projects → Contact Us) maps directly to a prospective homebuilder's thought process. Package Comparison Interface: A major UI focus was designing the 'House Design Packages' section. We created clean, side-by-side pricing cards for their Silver (Rs. 55,000) and Gold (Rs. 75,000) packages. This allows users to easily compare features like 3D exterior imaging, structural layouts, and council drawings. Project Showcase & Social Proof: The interface utilizes a categorized masonry grid to showcase 3D architectural renders, modern box-type houses, and live construction phases (like Mul Gala ceremonies). This is immediately followed by a robust, interactive client testimonial slider featuring over 350+ 5-star reviews to solidify credibility.
Phase 3: Frontend Development
The technical execution needed to reflect the precision of an engineering firm. The frontend was built to be responsive, accessible, and optimized for lead conversion. Tech Stack: React, Next.js, and Tailwind CSS. Performance & Media Handling: Given the heavy use of high-resolution 3D architectural renders and construction site photos, Next.js image optimization was crucial. We ensured that visual assets load quickly without compromising quality, maintaining excellent Core Web Vitals. Interactive Components: Fluid state changes were implemented for the project gallery filters and package selection buttons. A sticky 'Limited Time Offer' quick-select widget was developed to drive immediate conversions for the design packages.
Phase 4: Backend & Custom Admin Dashboard
To keep the site updated with new architectural designs and manage client inquiries, Chalana engineered a tailored backend infrastructure. Dynamic Portfolio Management: A custom-built Admin Dashboard allows the Unique Engineering team to effortlessly upload new project galleries, categorizing them into tags like 'Residential,' 'Featured,' and 'Premium' without needing developer assistance. Lead Capture & Routing: The 'Get Quote' and consultation forms are directly linked to a secure backend database. Inquiries sent to Uniquedesignandconstruction@gmail.com are logged, tracked, and organized, ensuring the client never misses a potential lead. Review Management Engine: The backend allows administrators to dynamically update and manage client testimonials, ensuring the most recent and impactful feedback is always displayed on the frontend.
Phase 5: Deployment & Infrastructure
A firm that builds lasting physical structures requires an equally stable digital infrastructure. Reliability & CI/CD: Chalana orchestrated the deployment pipeline, ensuring that the platform experiences zero downtime during updates. Data Security: With users submitting personal contact details for high-value construction projects, robust SSL encryption and secure backend routing were implemented to protect client data. SEO & Analytics: The site was deployed with server-side rendering (SSR) enabled for key pages, ensuring top-tier SEO performance so the firm ranks highly for keywords like 'Vastu compliant house plans Sri Lanka' and 'Modern box type house.'
